We use PayPal to take orders via our website. Should you desire to pay with an alternate payment processor other than PayPal we can also take payment via Square just send us an email and we will email you the payment link.

Your video previews as well as the final cut are delivered in mp4 format via email. Should you want to add the video to your website we will be happy to provide you with the HTML code to do so at no additional charge.

Marketing as well as SEO services cannot be guaranteed since results will vary depending on the services rendered. What we do guarantee is that we will provide our customers with the end results of their purchases with either analytics, or invoice itemization.

Whatever contact phone number you list on your order is what will be used in your Video Listing. On Premium Plans you have the option to request a tracking phone number that will go to a pre-recorded message. The pre-recorded message will go over  your specifications, features and upgrades and allows the caller to leave a message. This is a great way of having to avoid a multitude of calls and not having to repeat yourself on every call.
